Kyle Rosner is the Director of Government Affairs for All Points Broadband, one of the nation’s fastest-growing rural broadband providers. Kyle’s primary responsibility is working closely with federal, state, and local governments, as well as electric utility partners, during All Points Broadband’s network construction of over $300m in grant-funded projects. Over the next three years, All Points Broadband is building over 4,500 fiber miles and connecting over 80,000 currently unserved locations.
Prior to joining All Points Broadband, Kyle was a leader in Virginia’s broadband programs from 2018-2021, having served as Deputy Broadband Advisor to Governor Ralph Northam. During this period Kyle was instrumental in Virginia’s nationally recognized broadband progress, from grant programs to innovative legislation. Prior to his time in the Northam administration, Kyle managed state and federal advocacy activities for a patient assistance nonprofit and worked for the Secretary of Administration in the administration of Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe. Kyle is a graduate of Radford University and, upon graduation, was selected for Virginia’s prestigious Governor’s Fellow Program. Kyle is a native of Frederick County, VA, and currently resides in Richmond, VA with his wife Chelsea.
