UTC is a trade association with members including electric, water, and natural gas utilities of all ownership types (investor-owned, publicly owned, and cooperatively owned). UTC focuses on our members’ critical information and communications technology deployment (ICT) and the policies impacting such deployment. Headquartered in the United States but with members from Canada, Europe, Africa, and South America, UTC is at the forefront of critical infrastructure communications needs worldwide.
UTC Core Members are IOUs, coops, public power, water, and gas utilities.
