Michael Etzel is the Utilities Technology Council’s Senior Frequency Coordinator. They are responsible for filing Form 601 FCC Applications & managing the Power Line Carrier database.
Michael comes to UTC with experience in database management, administrative work, and customer service. They are staff liaisons to UTC’s Security, Risk & Compliance Committee.
Michael received their bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Frostburg State University, Frostburg. When not at UTC, they are out exploring the city or shopping.
