Sean is a partner at Keller and Heckman, LLP. Sean represents clients nationally on a wide range of communications matters including broadband, pole attachments, fiber leasing, regulatory compliance, barriers to community broadband, and public-private partnerships. His clients include utilities of all types, as well as national and state utility associations, municipal leagues, and numerous public and private entities throughout the U.S. He collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams of legal, financial, engineering, and other technical experts, assisting clients in making comprehensive telecommunications and broadband plans.
Sean’s extensive career experience includes serving as Associate General Counsel for UTC in the 1990s. Sean is a graduate of the National Law Center at George Washington University.
