John Holman is the General Field Rep for Rural Utilities Service covering Oregon, Washington, and Minnesota. John is a veteran of the Navy and transitioned to RUS telecom from USDA Rural Development where he was Energy Coordinator (Renewable Energy) with 20 years of federal service. He is excited to help navigate federal telecommunication programs to build and expand broadband networks for our rural communities.
