Hengameh Pourfakhr

Hengameh Pourfakhr is an Innovation Program Manager at Southern Company, currently working in the Technology Innovation and Strategy function. In this role her mission is to accelerate the rate of technology innovation across the company, bringing value to the business through those innovations. She has been with Southern Company for over 30 years and has worked on many projects involving various areas of the business including Generation, Power Delivery, Marketing, and Customer Service, as well as many back-office functions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from SUNY at Stony Brook and an MBA from Georgia State University. She also has a Program Management Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
