Brian O’Hara joined NRECA in October 2017 as Senior Director Regulatory Issues focusing on telecommunications and broadband issues. In this posi8on, develops and directs association regulatory policy
on telecom and broadband issues for over 900 electric cooperatives, many of whom are offering, deploying, or exploring broadband business opportuni8es. Brian has more than 20 years of telecommunications and
broadband industry experience. Brian went to St. Mary’s College of Maryland for undergrad and Johns Hopkins University for a Masters in Government.
