Michael is the FCC’s Director of the Rural Broadband AucPons Task Force, overseeing the development and implementation of the Rural Digital Opportunity Fund and the 5G Fund for
Rural America, and Assistant Chief of the Office of Economics and AnalyPcs. While at the FCC, Michael has managed a number of makers and proceedings in the Wireless
Telecommunications Bureau, the Enforcement Bureau, and the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau. Michael was previously the Deputy Director of the Task Force.
