Teesa Banks is the Utilities Technology Council’s Chief of Staff. She is responsible for the daily operations of the association, and of UTC’s individual Departments. She also heads the Human Resources Department, including hiring and onboarding new employees and coordinating UTC’s employee benefits program.
Teesa comes to UTC with experience in organizational leadership, human resources, and compliance. She previously was a compliance director and was later promoted to CEO, of Family Solutions DC. She was also HR manager and compliance officer for two outpatient mental healthcare clinics.
Teesa received her master’s degree from Troy University, Troy, Ala. When not at UTC, she loves spending time with family and traveling.
