Angela Bennink is the General Manager for Kitsap Public Utility District after serving as the Telecommunications Director for four years. Ms. Bennink brings to her role a breadth of knowledge about broadband infrastructure complimented by her training and experience in chemistry, biology, and engineering. Having concentrated on expanding broadband access in Washington State with Northwest Open Access Network, after 11 years, Ms. Bennink transitioned to Kitsap PUD to focus on the goal of bridging the digital divide by bringing high-speed broadband to unserved areas of Kitsap County. A native of the Pacific Northwest, Ms. Bennink resides in Poulsbo Washington with family and enjoys the many recreational activities this area offers.
