Tom has thirty years of electric utility experience including over 15 years managing and administering the licensed use of Xcel Energy’s electric utility assets to communication companies.
As manager of Facility Attachments, Tom is responsible for the management of over 1 million communication attachments to Xcel Energy’s 1.5 million distribution poles, street lights, and transmissions structures throughout Xcel Energy’s eight-state service territory.
