Coy Trosclair

Coy is the Telecom Services Director in the Southern Company Technology Organization, where he is responsible for leading the Telecom Core, Aggregation, and Edge functional teams and the overall Telecom architecture, strategy, and operations.

Prior to his current role, Coy was the CIO for Southern Linc responsible for managing the Information Technology function including the departments providing support for applications, projects, billing/provisioning, infrastructure, business consulting, and internal controls.  He also served as the Project Administrator for the LTE implementation project.
