Clay Phillips is a construction project manager at Burns & McDonnell with more than 35 years of design and project management experience. He has worked in the telecom industry, providing all aspects of infrastructure services to a variety of clients, from structured cabling services to outside plant construction. He has had a long career in fiber-optic installation and construction work. For the past 26+ years, Clay has worked with Southern Company to provide fiber construction, design, and project management services for inter- and intra-building connectivity, as well as aerial and underground long-haul construction services.
