Brad Hall is vice president of external affairs for Appalachian Power, with responsibility for customer services, corporate communications, government affairs, economic development, community affairs, and environmental issues covering the company’s territories in Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.
Previously, Hall served as the director of revenue assurance and director of operations for SouthEast Telephone in Pikeville. He also was the controller and office manager of Mountain Water District. He started his career as an accountant at Eastern Telephone Company and the University of Kentucky.
Hall holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Pikeville in Pikeville, Ky., and a Master of Business Administration from Morehead State University in Morehead, Ky.
