Responsible for Energy Management System (EMS) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) related Windows and UNIX system administration, programming activities and the performance of system backups, documentation and security monitoring. Includes developing requirements, procedures, methods and operating/workflow models for EMS/Meter Data Management System (MDMS) Support and performing Windows and LINUX administration and programming. Assures compliance with North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Cyber Security requirements including development and ongoing administration of EMS policies.
